Stonewall County court dockets and case files are divided among the combined District / County Clerk, the 39th Judicial District Court, the constitutional County Court, the countywide Justice Court, and Aspermont Municipal Court. Statewide and local search systems add separate access routes. This private reference site organizes those official paths so readers can identify the right court, portal, address, or telephone number before making a records request.

Why We Built This Site

Texas permits broad public access to many docket entries and case files, yet the custodian depends on the court and record. Holly McLaury serves as both District Clerk and County Clerk in Stonewall County, but those remain distinct legal functions. The District Clerk keeps records for the 39th Judicial District Court. The County Clerk handles records of the constitutional County Court. Lower courts maintain their own files. LGS is the county-linked index and image path, while re:SearchTX is a statewide supplementary layer where clerk integration and document coverage permit. The site brings those contacts, systems, and request routes into one local reference.
