Questions about an official Stonewall County docket, case file, certified copy, or court date belong with the clerk or court that holds the record. Stonewall County Court Docket is a private reference resource and cannot act on a case. The contact routes below distinguish county and district records from lower-court matters and identify the verified combined clerk office in Aspermont.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. This private reference site cannot retrieve an official docket, change a setting, seal or remove a case, provide legal advice, or certify a copy. Contact the clerk or the court that heard the matter for those services.

Route common Stonewall County requests according to the court and record involved:

  • A docket sheet: check the county-linked LGS index, use re:SearchTX as a supplemental statewide search, or request the record from its clerk
  • A court date or setting: consult the court calendar process and confirm the latest notice with the proper clerk
  • Certified copies: order directly from the District Clerk, County Clerk, Justice Court, or Municipal Court that keeps the original
  • A district or county case: use the case search steps with a cause number, party name, court, and filing range
  • A public case file: review the court records request routes and ask about any restricted or unavailable image

For Stonewall County Court and 39th Judicial District Court records, contact District / County Clerk Holly McLaury, 128 Town Square Lane, Drawer P, Aspermont, TX 79502, telephone (940) 989-2272. The office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to noon, with a noon to 1:00 p.m. closure.

The combined office performs two legal clerk functions. Name the 39th Judicial District Court for district civil, family, felony, or district juvenile files. Name Stonewall County Court for county civil, criminal, probate, mental-health, and related county records. Justice Court and Aspermont Municipal Court keep their own lower-court records, so the combined clerk should not be assumed to hold those files.
